tmoreau (3932) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - SEP 27, 2016
Shared 11.2 oz. bottle poured to a snifter showing a black/brown hue, with a presentable layer of tan foam, and spots & patches of lacing. The nose was roasted, mocha notes, with a touch of chili pepper. Medium+ bodied, with soft carbonation, and slight silkiness to the texture, the taste added sweetness, dark caramel, smooth but noticeable alcohol, and moderate, earthy bitterness. A decent Imperial Stout.

hajsman (146) - Gdask, POLAND - SEP 17, 2016
Dark, minimal head. Aroma mostly soy sauce, choclate and coffee in the back ground. Very sweet and no bitterness (where is this 86 IBU?). Despite, creamy, smooth texture and medium-full body combined together are amazing and making Mout & Mocca highly drinkable. Its suprisingly very refreshing like for RIS. A little bit wasted potential but still good

Black pour with barely any tan head. Coffee, cocoa, roasty aromas. Similar flavours - dark chocolate, coffee, roasty flavour, a bit of booze, and nice latte finish. Pretty nice - had been sitting on this for a while so a good one for #1000.

Aroma: very rich with lots of malt and coffee; Appearance: pitch black with tan head that dissipates slowly; some lacing; Taste: follows nose, plus lots of booziness; Palate: heavy body with very complex finish that includes sweetness and slightly bitter dryness; Overall: quite good; would definitely buy again.

Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours dark brown with a few tan bubbles and a huge treacle and chocolate aroma. There is a full-bodied dark molasses flavor with a little smoke amd a dry slightly bitter finish. Plenty of coffee.

375 capped from Bine & Vine. Pours dark brown with a slight beige head. Coffee aroma. Med + body. Flavor has a lot of coffee and dark/burnt malt. Not dry, but certainly bitter. Its like espresso. Some chocolate after a bit. Really good stuff.
