On tap at Borefts Beer Festival 2012. Hazy golden body with a small tan colored head. Malty, cereal, honey on the nose and the Norwegian bread spread "Sunda". Malty hop juice, bitter and light aromatic. Medium bodied, smooth to drink and ending with a dry mouth.

Old note. On tap. Aroma has hint of malt, some flower, citrus. Hazy, amber coloured beer with a thin head. The taste is medium bitter, bit sweet, more dry in the finish. Nice one.

Bottle @ Monk’s Cafe Stockholm. Pours hazy amber colour with disappearing tan head. Sweet hoppy aroma with grapefruit and sweet malt. Malty, hoppy taste with grapefruit, citrus and bitter finish. Bubbley mouthfeel. OK.

Decent IPA from De Molen. Not breathtaking, but even an ordinary Molen IPA is enjoyable.

TBone (18552) - Pori, FINLAND - NOV 22, 2013
Bottled 330ml (Oct 2012) Tnx Edo. Hazy amber color, big cloudy off-white head. De Molen "house aroma" - sticky fruity-yeasty hoppyness with some resiny notes. Medium-bodied, foamy mouthfeel. Dry resiny-piney flavor, a bit letdown palate and some dominating yeasty notes. Could be more powerful.

Svesse (8942) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - JUN 12, 2013
(Bottle, Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm) Hazy amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, dried apricots and crystal malt. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, citrus peel, crystal malt and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. Slightly metallic malt character. More than medium body, quite dry. Spritzy carbonation. A bit harsh, but quite nice.

Hazy amber, off white head. Nice hop aroma off melon, pineapple and lychee. Taste is slightly sour, apples. Infected I guess. Still quite nice though. Ok body and nice carbo.

330 ml long neck bottle, poured into a tulip glass at home. ABV 7%. Bottled on 3rd October ’12. Deep orange body, slighty hazy, with a little bit of activity in it. Huge fluffy head, tan in colour, with very good retention, that left heavy lacing on the glass. Once the foam finally collapsed a bit, the aromas started to rise. Citrus fruits, grapefruit, florar notes as well. Mild bitterness on the taste, quite hoppy. Grapefruit flavous. More intense bitternes on the aftertaste, although it tastes a bit stale. Medium body, carbonation a little bit above average. Nice dryness on the palate, to the point it gives a numb feeling. Good beer, I’m sure it was much better when freshier.

Bottle at Monks Wallingatan, Stockholm. Hazy golden/amber beer with a nice offwhite head. Fruity aroma, grapefruit, earthy, grassy, floral notes. Hoppy floral flavor, grassy, hay, malty bread notes. A bit boring.

omhper (25949) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAR 23, 2013
Bottled at Monk’s Cafe Wallingatan, Stockholm. Hazy amber, huge rocky head. Aroma of red grapefruit. Mid sweet with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Spritzy carnonation, grapefruit dominates. Rather basic.

Ibrew2or3 (8913) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - MAR 14, 2013
33cl bottle (bottled on Oct. 3rd, 2012) picked up at the De Molen bottle shop pours with a copper body and thin gold hues supporting a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up resiny hops, lemon peel, grapefruit and some modest maltiness. The taste has some puckering lemon to grapefruit tartness and picks up just a slim wondering moment of sweet maltiness before it seems to resemble a cup of tart grapefruit juice to midway. My palate seems to be saturated with citrus bitter tartness to the point that not much else is noticeable into the finish. Maybe the age of this bottle I just purchased has something to do with what I’m tasting.
