tmrmwel (2289) - Bergen, NORWAY - JAN 12, 2015
Bottle. Pours clear light golden, with no head. Aroma is sour fruits, with brett and oak, as well as some strange notes of bubble gum. Medium to full body, with light carbonation. Flavour is sour with unripe apples and apple cider vinegar, as well as some very funky, and almost salty, barnyard notes. Sour finish.

from Erzbierschof - pale blond beer, quite clear with no foam left; very woody and fruity aroma, notes of grapes, light cheesy, vinous and sourish; medium-bodied, low carbonation and sourish; dry and very fruity woody finish

Golden golor. Aroma of brett, green apples. Taste of light malts, green apple, celeriac, mild hops and some light brett. Lighter than expected but still tasty a nice summer day.
