Countbeer (6592) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - NOV 15, 2010
Bottle: Airy white head, disappears slowly. Very light cloudy yellow beer. Smell lemon, citric, sour and light spicy. Taste is citric, wheat, spices, some yellow fruit, hints of hops, and light sour with a light sweet bitter touch. Bit too much carbo and a bit watery.

joergen (28177) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 10, 2011
Bottle at Bruxelles Midi station. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of bananas, spices and hops. Fruity flavour of spices and hops with notes of bananas. Hoppy finish. Quite hoppy for a hefeweizen.

esp0r (2921) - NORWAY - OCT 2, 2011
Bottle at home
A gusher - Like a bubling volcano the foam arise from the bottle constantly. The beer pours deep orange with a massive dense white head. Smells of banana, yeast esters and hints of citrus. Taste is spicy with cloves, wheat malts, no sweetness whatsoever. Palate is dry with a nice pricky carbonation. Nice grassy finish

laiti (8481) - Tampere, FINLAND - JAN 6, 2012
Draught @ Gastropub Tuulensuu
Aroma is weird with vegetables, some peppery spices and bun yeast. Flavour is tart with cirtrus and yeast. Refreshing, but still one weird weizen.

olio (10290) - Tampere, FINLAND - JAN 6, 2012
Draught @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere.
Pours hazy amber colour with large foamy head. Aroma of citrus, some vegetables, grass, herbal notes and distant wheat. Flavour of citrus, yeast, vegetables, mild herbs and spices. Quite odd to be a hefe, more like a wit.

Unclear yellow of color with a white head. An aroma of pineapples, exotic fruits and herbs. A flavor of citrus, barley, herbs and yeast.

Svesse (8601) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - FEB 8, 2012
(Draught at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm) Pale amber colour with creamy, beige head. Spicy, malty nose with wheat, bread, hay and spices (coriander). Malty, spicy taste with notes of bread, ginger, coriander, a touch of citrus and a generous grassy bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. A certain Menno touch makes it something different than a usual hefeweizen. Quite nice and tasty.

Cloudy orange. Lots and lots of white head. Maybe it’s something about De Molen because I’ve had this happen with them before. This one has orange peels, wheat, coriander and general fruitiness.

SimplySike (1503) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - MAY 13, 2012
Bottle 33cl. Poors haze orange with big white head gone quick. Aroma coriander, malts. Taste nice bitter, also a good sweet. Good fresh beer.
