Cuerpo medio y carbonatación media/alta. Textura oleica. Paladar algo seco y picante. Final reseco. 330ml bottle. Wide Stem glass (De Molen). Amber color, foggy appearance. Off-white rocky lasting crown.Fresh bread, toffee, black bread aromas, herbal hues, vanilla notes & fresh wood to the nose. Sharp citric bitter upfront is barely balanced by toasted malts. March 2013 - cold bottle. 499th beer rating (though not on Ratebeer). Understated IPA smell. Taste is sweet and malty to start, very little bitterness for an IPA, slightly drying in the mouth, spicy, quite refreshing. Not bad.

On tap at the molen. Thick white head. Hazy blond pour. Nuce hoppy aftertaste. Nice brew.

Draft at De Molen. Pours hazy orange brown with a big tan head. Aroma of citrus, orange, floral hops and light tropical fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and heavy bitter with a long duration. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Lightly hazy amber, mid sized head. Aroma of salted grapefruit and mango. Mid dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. A bit of bread and licorice. Long salty bitterness.

33cl bottle (bottled on July 17th, 2012) picked up at the De Molen bottle shop pours with a clear copper body and thin golden hues and supporting a tall light tan head of foam. The modest aroma offers up lots of different things. First few whiffs I’m getting a mix of lime and floral hops and then other drags bring up an earthy tea note. Wow, this has an interesting taste. It goes from malt sweetened lime and bitter floral hops to an acidic lemon note that forces a mild earthy black tea hoppiness deep into the background. Around those flavors lurks a tangelo juice citrus note that runs from the front and into the finish. I’m enjoying this for its balance and tasty bitter hoppiness. Would have loved to try it super fresh.

Beställd från De Molens internetbutik. En flaska med 33 centiliter vackert gyllenbrun och underbar dryck!

Bottle at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm, brewed July 17 2012
Hazy amber color with medium sized compact head. The aroma is a bit dusty. Caramel flavor, dry and dusty, with strong bitterness, but not many hop qualities.
A bit harsh and unimpressive.

Incredibly big head. Actually too much cause it takes a couple of minutes to pour it. A big head is nice to look at but this is just tedious. No I don’t want to wait 10 minutes before I can drink it. Otherwise it looks great with amber-red tone together with the head, but the aroma is weak with some dishwaster feeling to it. I wonder if also this bottle was bad from beernavigator. Doesn’t have that hoppy aroma or taste. Maybe its old, was bottled in July 2012 and I just bought this. Its very unsatisfying to have an IPA in front of me at the beginning of the weekend and then it tastes like this.. Might as well have a Leffe. A disappointment.

33cl. Bottle. Poors clear orange/amber with strong white head. Aroma grapefruit, strawberries, malts, grass. Taste sourish, bitter, fresh. Mouth-feel thin. Good IPA.
