Pours murky amber with a big, frothy and light bubbly off-white head. Fair duration. But like many De Molen beers, it does not a little unrefined. Aroma is yeasty (as the looks might tell), grassy hoppiness, some sweet malts. Medium, yet rather prickly carbonation, fair light and dryish mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet at first, the hops presence is grassy and light flowery. Mild bitterness. A tad yeasty in flavour as well. Good, but lots of hops don’t hide all the apparent yeastiness of it. Otherwise good class, especially the lingering bitterness.
Bottle @ Ølbutikken, Copenhagen. Pours hazy orange with a large creamy white head. Nose is sweet and oily and has caramel and plenty grassy and sticky hops. Flavor is peach, grass and caramel. Medium and smooth palate. Oily and slick. Very dry and very bitter!
