Bottled. 2 liter sample. (No joke) Aroma has a lot of citrus. Some light malty tones. Hazy, yellow coloured beer, medium lasting white head. The taste is moderate bitter with a lingering bitter dry palate. The taste is just one epic citra parade. Really nice. Drunk fresh and had some overaged samples last weekend from march 2013 at Rootz in the hague. These were definately way too old. However fresh this is just great. Raying based on fresh ones of course GreenJeremy (71) - Spruce Grove, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 15, 2014
Pours a murky straw color, with a thick, lasting head. Moderate lacing. Smells of grapefruit and orange peel, as well as hints of pine and toffee sweetness. The aroma is probably my favorite part of this beer. The taste rather mild, with citrus and a light sweetness, which is countered at the end, with again a very mild bitterness. An easy drinking beer, not what i expected, but quite good berntholer (1618) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - JAN 13, 2014

Yellow somewhat cloudy body with little to no head. Aroma of citrus, some lemon and lemongrass and a ton of caramel. Same taste, the caramel was very strong. Mild to no aftertaste, light body, light carbonation. Maybe the 6 months since bottling destroyed it. Very sessiony though. sulawang (1189) - - JAN 6, 2014
Visual: Once again it’s their bare-bones basic label with basic font. It’s extremely plain and boring, but at the same time instantly recognizable. What matters most is what’s inside the bottle, right? Pours cloudy marmalade orange with a large, kinda-lasting foamy head with some sticky lacing and retention, lots of scattered, varied-speed streams.
Nose: a mix of barnyard funk, passion fruit & grapefruit. (6/10)-aromatic strength.
Attack: incoming SOFT hops + sour citrus
Mid-palate: (4/10)-sweetness, (MAIN) fruity grapefruit/pomelo, tangy malts, (6/10)-sourness/acidity
Finish: very soft grapefruity (2/10)-bitter hops, residual sourness/minor funk/light dry finish.
Summary: Not as sharp nor bitter as other IPAs, this one is quite easy to sip and finish.

Kinezetre olyan, mint altalaban a tobbi csaladtag. Illata igazan fenyos, borokas, elesztos, gyumolcsos es kisse mezes. Ize is hozza azt, amit ettol komlotol elvarhatunk, de ez nem olyan harapos, inkabb selymes, kiegyensulyozott. Kozepesen testes, mersekelten szensavas. Utoize borokas, kesernyes, citrusos es szaraz. Remek ipa, amit nagyobb mennyisegben sem faraszto inni. kiwianer (3428) - Otorohanga, NEW ZEALAND - JAN 1, 2014
The head is good, the body brown and cloudy. It smells hopintensive-aromatic, bitter. The taste is hopintensive, pellet, aromatic, fruity, nice Gerbeer (3896) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 10, 2013
340 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with light sediment and moderate white head. Aromas of dough, citrus, and ginger. Flavors of lemons, ginger and tropical fruit. Acidic finish. wyzzywyz22 (2108) - Wirral, Merseyside, ENGLAND - DEC 3, 2013
Bottle, De Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Citrus hop nose and flavour. Lovely fruitiness there. Quite light bodied. Dry bitter finish. Very drinkable. nealblind (1965) - Seattle, Alabama, USA - DEC 2, 2013
1/22/13. hazy yellow gold pour huge head slight gush. aroma of peaches, lemons, gummy bears, grassy hops. Cheesy briney taste. Vineous. They call this ipaish. Typical hop flavors take the backseat to the tropical passionfruit citra flavors. Yeast is also prominent. A bit overcarb maybe since the bottle is pretty old, but there’s also a yeasty smoothness. Delightful.
