Orange color with huge off white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, pine, grapefruit. Taste is light sweet and a bit sour, light bitter. Citrus flavor. Light body thin to oily texture, average carbonation. My first single hop Saaz IPA, its different but refreshing MrHangover (4693) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - JUN 10, 2013
Bottle. Pours a hazy darker blonde beer with nice white head on top. Aroma is sour and hoppy, lemon and some cat piss. Flavour is not like my typical IPA, more of sour, bitter combination with lemon overwhelming the taste. Unlike most other Molen beers, this one is very well carbonated, giving a big, fizzy mouthfeel. Aftertaste is again very much of the lemon sourness. Not really a hoppy, bitter mouthfeel. Must be the single hopped saaz influences. Interesting, but not my thing. Bottle 33 cl, bottled on 10.04.2013. Pours hazy dark orange in color with a small whitish head. A bit of
floral notes and some yeasty notes. A bit of dusty attic notes too. Light fruity citrus tones as well.
Flavor is slightly grassy bitter with notes of citrus. Quite dry, and has a slightly bitter aftertaste. Countbeer (6599) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - JUN 5, 2013
Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass:
Medium sized fluffy and slowly changing into a smaller off white head on top of a hazy to murky orange colored beer.
Aroma of malts, soap, light hoppy, bit like the average KBC beer aroma. :-)
And for some reason I like that...
Flavours of hops, bitters, light fruity (lemon/berries) sour touch (yeast, infection? It works delicious!), some hints of malts, flowers, other fruit (though thin, there’s some typic IPA fruit), herbs and a crispy floral touch.
That sour touch is both refreshing and crisp... I like it.
Aftertaste is fruity, yeasty, hoppy, very light sour, floral and a hint of bitters.
Low to medium carbo, light tingly at first and than creamy mouthfeel, lightly medium and a bit thin body and a light creamy texture.
It’s a decent single hop IPA beer for sure. I think it’s not bad. bierkoning (13695) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - JUN 2, 2013
Bottle. Amber color. Grassy citrus aroma and flavor. Dominant lemon. Refreshing and certainly not too hopbitter, Tart notes. Thinnish, but very fruity. Delicous summer beer.

Bottle. Bottled only 6 weeks ago. Pours hazy golden Orange with a shy, white head. The hops are a little lost on the nose. Distant. Quite an easy drinking brew. Slightly acidic Orange juice and a decent dose of Saazy goodness. Minimal bitterness to finish. dEnk (4200) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - MAY 17, 2013
Bottle @ brewday. Aroma is grassy hops, some candy like malt note. No head, seems too young. Flavour is sweet malt with grassy/herbal and fruity hops. Again a bit young imho. BoBoChamp (5878) - Gent, BELGIUM - MAY 13, 2013
33cl, new Dutch brew Anno 2013, from Melger’s Haarlem, not complex brew, malty/fruity and slightly floral/bitter, easy to drink, balanced, cloudy, good head, nice brew jmgreenuk (10008) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - MAY 10, 2013
Bottle at the DISOB tasting, poured a cloudy medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is a little hoppy but weak. The flavour is grassy, hoppy, medium bitter. A fine pale ale, but nothing special. Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - MAY 10, 2013
Bottle @ ABCBeers, Dean’s scared of beer tasting. Murky golden pour. Aroma is yeasty, floral hops, citrus and spices. Flavor is murky, hoppy spices, bitter and messy.
