September 2017 - Theydon Bois' 20K Tasting at One Canada Square. As 'De Molen Sodom & Gomorra Barrel Aged', 11.9%, red wax. Opaque black with a very small head. Aroma is molasses and dark chocolate. Body is smooth with soft to low carbonation. Taste is oily, molasses, twiggy, whisky, sugary. A bit lacking in carbonation – age probably hasn't helped here – but still tasty stuff. 330ml bottle (Bacchanalia, Camridge) at 11.9%martjoobolut (5468) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - NOV 25, 2016
Pleasantish deep roast aroma. Blackish, brief loose head. Mellowish deep roast, some woody dryness, but a bit of sugary sweetness too. Covers the alcohol reasonably, but most of that is just sugar. Finish roasty, woody, and some alcoholic vapours. Underwhelmed.

Bier om rustig van te genieten. TomHendriksen (1068) - NETHERLANDS - OCT 25, 2016
Gedeeld door Benzai. Het bier is pikzwart. Heeft geen schuim. De geur van rozijnen en/of fruit is duidelijk aanwezig. De smaak van caramelachtige en chocolade komen goed naar boven.
