Keg at Borefts day 2 27/09/2014. Bodegraven. Translucent bright orange coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is sweet pineapple, brett? funk, spicy hop and funk. Flavour is composed of nice crisp saison yeast character, pithy orange peel, pineapple and spicy hop. Palate is crisp + a touch of sour. Light unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, perfume, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, saison yeast, fruity, leather - brett, zest, gooseberries. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.

Borefts VI. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and light, mild fine carbonation. Light malts. Tangy fruits. A white wine like tang, Mild herb. Touch of somthing citric. Light finish. Nice clean Saison.

Clear orange beer, creamy off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: brett, lemony, sourish, funky, hay, weird. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, lemony, funky, sour and dry. Aftertaste: bitter notes, funky, lemony, fruity, weird, yeasty. Not bad, but not very interesting either.
Sampled @ Borefts 2014. Pours a murky light brown beer with a thin white head on top. Aroma is fairly Bretty, very yeasty and bready, typical peppery saison yeast detected. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
