Bottle BBD 14/12/09, found in the dwellings of the mill. Aroma is quite fruity with a slight tang to it, some caramel malt and yeast in the back. Flavour has a friuty caramel base, some raisin, port and other oxidation signs, some yeast. Holding up great. Koelschtrinker (22074) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 29, 2011
11/11/10/11/11/11

[750ml bottle courtesy of cgarvieuk] Gusher on opening, massively carbonated, very effesrvescent in the mouth when drinking. Dark amber colour in the glass with no head to speak of. Mild, funky aromas, some wheaty straw. Quite a mild, saison-like flavour – vaguely herbal, decent but not amazing Blairgus (4615) - California, USA - JAN 29, 2011
Hazy, orange Metamucil colour w/ white lacy head.
Grassy hopped saison. Yeasty, estery nose.
Thin/med body, faintly fizzy
dry in mouth w/ mainly a nettle hop taste.
Not the standard i have come to expect from De Molen cgarvieuk (26365) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 28, 2011

Bottled. A murky orange-brown beer with an orangey head. The aroma is very fruity - especially peaches coming thru combined with notes of spices. The flavor is very spicy combined with notes of malt, leading to a dry spicy finish. caesar (7393) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - APR 4, 2009
Bottled. Cloudy orange brown color, medium slight off-white head. Aroma of hop, very flowery, safir. Bit dry taste, flowery, slight bitter, bit malty. skortila (6009) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - MAR 4, 2009

Light unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, flowers, perfume, herbs, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottled from De Molen. Hazy red-brown coloured, white head. Spicy nose with hops. Hopbitter flavour, again the spices, very dry finish. Improves when pouring the yeast shot. Not really my favourite flavour, but it’s a well balanced brew.
