Bottle. Strong aroma of yeast and berries, sweet. The small white fizzy head stays not long, the body is clear and dark orange. The taste is a little bit medical bitter, some liquor, light taste of hops. The body is medium strong, oily without much carbonation. CaptainCougar (7133) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - MAR 23, 2010
On tap at Arendsnest 8/26/09: Pours a hazy amber golden with a well-lacing off-white head. Aroma of sweet lightly biscuity malt with a touch of orange peel and clove. Starts with good fullness and sweet toasty Belgian malt with a nice balance of bitter orange peel, mild tartness, and allspice before a drier, earthy finish. Hides its alcohol fairly well. A pretty interesting saison. Madsnp (933) - DENMARK - MAR 23, 2010
Bottle. Pours orange copper coloured with a nice foamy shortly lasting egg white head, Aromas of sweet malt, candi sugar, bananas, oranges and warming alcohol. Warming and sweet flavour with notes of dried apricots, orange fruit, malt, sugar and alcohol. A little too boozy and sweet for a saison.. Adenila (1560) - DENMARK - MAR 18, 2010
Biggest (and only) disapointment from De Molen so far. Poors murky yellow with absolutly no head. The aroma is somewhat fruity with peach and banana but has alot of rough phenols aswell. Thick lemonade palate and sweetness with a harsh almost bitter alchohol finish. Rough brew. TBone (17582) - Pori, FINLAND - MAR 6, 2010

Thanks bierkoning! Slightly hazy amber color, small white head. Acidic, fresh wood, woody hoppyness with white pepper in the nose. Overall quite sweet and fruity. Molasses, fresh wood, peach, lychee, overriped banana, underlying hoppyness, also some alcohol. Odd "imperial saison", almost like malt liquer. Too sweet for my liking.
Must have had this at CPH BF in May 09 but never rated it. Botella, Hazy orange colour with a nice white head, good lasting. The aroma has a mild sweetness with yeast, alcohol, grapes and some fruitiness. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is yeasty with grapes and alcohol along with some maltiness, a light tartness and some spice. JK54B (1602) - Helsinki, FINLAND - FEB 27, 2010
Bottled 0.75l at Kaisla. Slightly sweet and fruity nose. No head. Pale amber colour slightly hazy. Quite sweet taste. Some hints of strawberries in the taste. After adding the bottom of the bottle made the beer really hazy. Colour turned to yellow. Taste gave hints of yeast. Slight dissappointment. Too sweet. Lack of carbonation. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - FEB 23, 2010

Café Sveavägen, Stockholm. Hazy orangeish amber colour with mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some mild barnyardy notes as well as earth, and some sugary sweet notes (the alcohol?). Flavour is quite much the same in a very nice balance. Smooth. Flavour hides the alcohol quite well.
Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Almost no head, but a little fluffy thingy notable. Aroma of grape, sweetness, yeast and fruits. Flavour of caramel, fruits, sugar, grape and yeast. Medium bodied. Dry grapy and fruity end. dEnk (4200) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - FEB 20, 2010
Hazy hazel pour, no head, some bubbles.
Aroma of roasted malts with faint fruits, spices and yeast.
Very sweet yeasty fruit flavour, practically no carbonation.
I think it would be a lot better with more carbonation.
