Petite bouteille version 2011 12,0% dalcool.

A ton of different aromas and flavors in this one. Cherry, coffee, chocolate, tobacco, molasses, and the obvious foundation in cognac. Alcoholic, but not overwhelming. Smooth mouthfeel. Another winner from B. d. Molen. Tried at the Cunigans tasting party in 2012.

Bottle from Zombier, Mlaga, brewed 08/11/2011
Black color; generous brownish head. Aroma of cookies, light rubber. Good roasted malt and dark chocolate flavor, very smooth mouthfeel, with moderate residual sweetness, and light presence of generic distillate (the cognac); warming alcohol feeling; correct bitterness.
As usual, a very good dark beer from De Molen, although not complex or special as others.
