COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
OG 1108, FG 1026, Color 388.7 EBC, Chinook and Saaz hops. Bitterness 93.5 EBU.

Stronger version of a Baltic Porter. Comparable with an Imperial Stout but without the heavily roasted malt character. This created a soft beer with strong hops in the finish.

Geslaagde imperial porter.

Mooi uitgebalanceerd mondgevoel, drinkt makkelijk. Afdronk is complexer dan de smaak.

Bottle, batch from 27.10.2016. Nice brown head, decent lacing. Quite much alcohol, also roasted malt. Lacks complexity. Full body. Not very interesting.

En fin porter. Ikke meget humle I men god dyb smag og en smule alkohol i den fra whisky.

Bottle. Chocolate fudge, coffee, malt, and hay aroma. Black with minimal head. Very sweet chocolate malt, yeast, and moderately bitter hay flavor. Good body. Okay - pretty straight forward.

Bottle @ Wordenskjolds. Appearance: clear dark brown with ok beige soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste: chocolate, dark fruits, coffee, light pine, alcohol, and some yeasty spicy notes. palette: strong somewhat roasted malty and yeasty aroma, medium carbonation, medium to full body, notable sweetness, balanced by an notable bitterness, long duration and a watery texture. Overall - tasteful and hoppy imp porter.

Tap. Pours black with small fading tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, smoked, complex with tar and coffee notes. Taste is roasted and complex with smoke and liquorice and coffee hints. That classic de Molen balance is just right! Finish has lots of aftertaste and is complex and moderately bitter.
