Bottle. Golden orange, semi-foggy. White big head. Some yeast blobs on the bottom even after ferocious swirling, but I don't mind. Hops dominate the aroma. Taste is stinging bitter hoppy. Very richly favorful body, crisp piny notes. Long aftertaste with nice lingering flavor. I wouldnt be able to say this wasn't an IPA in a blind taste test, and I'd mark this a good one at that.

Tasted in 33cl bottle in a Parisian beer store - bottles March 2013. Golden beer with good head. Aroma on the sharp acidic side... Taste is ruined by classic acetic acid bacteria infection. Opened another bottle with the shop owners to check if it was a rogue bottle - this one was perhaps slightly worse (same batch) - in a few weeks at room temperature this will be more recognizable as vinegar than beer. Is this really one of the best breweries in the world?

Geruch nach Gewrzen, schnes Hopfenaroma. Der Hopfengeschmack ist allerdings seltsam, ich finde zu viel Citrus. Suerlich.

Bottle @home. Pours golden. Quite spicy almost curry-ish with hints of coriander, chilli and ginger but also citrus fruits. Add the long hoppy finish and you have a very good beer.
