Bottle at Volo. Pale golden-orange pour with a thick white head. The aroma is quite spicy and slightly fruity. Some faded pine and orange. Malts are still in good shape with a lean bitterness and some faint tropical character. Decently fruity with a little bit of pepper on the back. Nice, but would have loved to try it fresher.

AROMA: barnyard, dough, hay, cereal,
APPEARANCE: pale, cloudy, frothy, white foam
TASTE: medium bitterness,

[4841-20121003] 330mL bottle. Light fruity lychee mango hops and bubbly champagne hints aroma. Hazy, light brown orange body with a long-lasting foamy off-white head. Fresh tangerine lychee flavour has a nice bitter hoppy bite. Medium body is quite bitter. Delicious. (8/4/8+/4/16) 4.0+

Overheard: "Mike offered me one when I got there." -- a butternut squash

Pours a huge rocky off- white head that mostly lasts and gives excellent lacing. Body is hazy and yellow to amber. Aroma contains malts (cookie, caramel), hops (forest fruits, lemon, orange), grape, cherry, raisin and plum. Flavor starts with light acidity, to be followed by light bitterness and sweetness. Finish is astringent, bitter and very, very long. Palate is medium, with a creamy texture and soft carbonation. This is a good beer, well balanced, but IPA is not my thing, or at least not yet since this is my first.

Pours a clear amber colour with a big frothy tan head. Aroma is of strong citrus fruits with a slight caramel malt scent. Taste is citrus sweet with a noticeable bitterness after the sip. Lighter body, well carbonated and thin of the palate. Nice but not exceptional IPA. obguthr (6656) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - DEC 8, 2012
Star fruit, lemon, marshmallow peeps, boiled cabbage, and okra nose. Cloudy gold, enormous yellow head. Grassy boiled cabbage. Finishes ashy. Pretty freaking awful. Bottled on 12/21/10. Obviously well past its prime. Gesloten (9) - Enschede, NETHERLANDS - DEC 4, 2012 does not count
Lots of foam, aromas of citrus and hops, very hoppy taste, too much carbonaition. Not my favourite IPA. snzcujo (295) - RUSSIA - DEC 3, 2012
Tasted from the bottle @home on 19/10/2012.
Pours of lovely golden color with huge amazingly white foam.
Aroma is absolutely gourgeous, fresh citrus&piny notes, slightly sweet, grapefruit tones.
Taste goes the same, high carb, with solid bitterness in aftertaste.
Slightly over carbonated, everything else is exceptional.
