Bottle @ home. Aroma is light fruity hops, tangerine, wheat and some spicy notes from the lemongrass. Flavour is slight tangy fruity hops with a smooth wheat cover, some tartness. Nice. PotjeBier (3731) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - NOV 7, 2013
33 cl bottle from De Bierkoning. Pale golden color, hazy. White head, not too much. Aroma’s of citrus, pineapple, a bit of malty sweetness. Retronasal it’s more citrus, high acidity, with some wheaty sourness. Flavor is light bitter with some acidity and hints of malty sweetness. Light bodied, but not too thin. Finishes with a decent bitterness, not astringent, and some maltiness. Perfect for a Summer’s day I would assume (but right now it’s November...)

Amsterdam. Bottle in my hotel room. Very hazy gold beer, good off white head. Light airy and crispy palate. Minerals. Smooth light malt. Lovely fresh orange. Mild wheaty malt. Floralness. Tangerine and lesser mandarin. Light mango tang. Finishes smooth and light. I love the fruits Menno gets from hops. Amazing.
33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Style is a bit beyond me, so I’ve classified this as a wheat ale. Hazy/murky golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of sharp citrus, lemon, lemongrass, a little tartness, wheat, firm citrussy hops. Flavour is light-sweet, sweet and a bit sweaty wheat, hops, citrus, lemongrass, a hint of grapefruit, light grassy, nice citrus bitter finish, hint of tea. Light-bodied, but surprisingly thick for 4.5%. Very tasty.
