Where: Tasting at Taphouse 2015-11-17.
Appearance: Amber colour with a large tan head. Guzzles a lot when opened.
Aroma: Smoked tea, herbal, malt.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Smoked tea, some caramel and malt.
Bouteille: Deep golden, cloudy, light amber coloured, loose white head that quickly collapses, heavily gushing( no mercy for the gusher!!!); woodfire and citric hops and yeast in the nose; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, relatively soft and light bodied; lingering bitterness and aromas of woodfire in the finish. No! A very unharmonic brew… MoritzF (9851) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - DEC 10, 2015
(bottle, 33cl, gushing!) Cloudy, murky amber colour with a big and loose off-white foamy head. Mildly wheaty and subtle fruity aroma with present notes of smoked ham. Moderately sour-tart and delicately sweet flavour, light bodied, if not a tad watery with a lively carbonation. Slim wheat-malty base with mildly sour-fruity notes and present smoke flavours, reminding of smoked ham and sausages; sour-fruity and slightly tart finish with smoky notes in the aftertaste. The sourish and smoked flavours do not pair very well. 10.XII.15 Ungstrup (37317) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 17, 2015

Tuesday Bottle Share, Copenhagen - Amber pour with white head. Aroma and taste is smokey and malty, some meaty BBQ taste, medicinal, some burnt gunpowder, bit too weird for me.
33 cl. bottle. Hazy yellow colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of smoke, malt, spice and gun powder. yespr (44810) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - NOV 17, 2015

Bottle. Four days past bb date. Gushed right out of the bottle. Initially high, creamy head disappears momentarily. Cloudy dark copper colour with visible yeast bits. Aroma of strong black tea and smoke, sweet. Taste thickish, dense, smoky, sweetish, carbonation mid to high, bitterness intense, short, herbal/tea. Aftertaste strong tea, smoke, roast. Weird stuff, but I think I could get used to it. thanatosti (1679) - Culemborg, NETHERLANDS - DEC 30, 2014
33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from Sinterklaas.
Hazy amber with almost no head. Smoky aroma with some faints malts.
Drinking this is like a drinking cold fizzy tea in which a burning cigarette fell in. Not my kind of thing really. Idiosynkrasie (7436) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - DEC 6, 2014
330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy amber colour without head. Smoky aroma reminds me of "Russischer Rauchtee" formerly available at "Victorias Welt", a touch of salami. Taste is bitter, herbal, smoky; some malt sweetness in between, hints of lemon. Quite strange and unbalanced in taste, absolutely OK aroma.
