OleR (4804) - Oslo, NORWAY - FEB 25, 2014
A layer of tan bubbles, over a cloudy brown colored body. Nose is ashy dark malts, with a light vinegar-fruity touch. Oily mouthfeel. Sweetish, quite light malt body. Soft carbonation. Acidic-sweet, yoghurty fruit tones. Dries up towards a tart fruit finish. [Shared bottle at GrandTasting, RBNG2014]

Sampled from a bottle. Muddy dark brown body appearance. Spotty lace. Almost naked at the top. Berries on the nose with sweet brown malts beneath. Semi-tart blended taste of fruits, red berries and sweet caramel. Sweet, tart and dry ending. Okay cleanser (RBNG, Halden 15.02.2014).

Murky brown body with a decent light tan head. Strong roasted aroma with sourness and wild yeast. Acetic taste and acetic flavours, plus roasted malts. Very soft carbonation gives the beer a dull feel. Nah.
[Sample @ RBNG14 Grand Tasting, Fredriksten festning, Halden ]

At RBNG 2014 Halden. Brown unclear color, ok foam. Aromas of red berries. Medium body & complexity. Good sourness - well balanced. Very enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

jackl (8215) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JAN 24, 2014
Bottle @ Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig. The pour’s brown with a small head. The aroma’s of toasted nuts, red berry compote. Earthy toasted grains. The taste is mildly funky. A bit of acetic tang. Red fruits. Mellow caramel. Sort of one-dimensional. Medium body, soft carbonation. Overall, not to De Molen’s usual standard.

Very lively porter, it wouldn’t stop gushing from the bottle. Body of roasted coffee, with tasty notes of the sour brett. Nice beer.

Leicht säuerlicher Antrunk mit minimal röstigen Noten. Geringe Essignoten, malzig, kurz brennend im Nachgeschmack. Spritzig, die Malzigkeit nimmt ab, süffig. 9/10/9/10/10/10
