BF 2011. Deep hazy ambery colour, small brown head. Aroma is quite much wooden and sour with some ashes, mild spices as well as some roasted malts. Flavour is quite much the same. Interesting attempt.
Bottled at Ølfestival København 2011. Murky brown, small head. Funy brett, yeast and chocolate. Fairly sweet with rounded mouthfeel., Funky brett dominates roastiness. Interesting big flavours, that manages to harmonize fairly well. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 26, 2011
On tap. Pours a murky brown with an off-white head. Dry herbal nose, sweet tobacco and....Brett? Medium body, low carbonation, very subtle roast, a little roast though. The Brett really comes out flavourwise. Very dry finish. Not unpleasant but very far from what you’d expect from a Porter. 260511 madmitch76 (24789) - , Essex, ENGLAND - MAY 15, 2011

On tap at De Wildeman. Opaque black beer, pale tan head. Light airy palate, dry. Sourish yeasty Alka Seltzer start leading to some fresh hops - tangerine and orange. Finishes dry. Can hardly taste any dark malt!! The sourish yeasty flavour dominates. Reminded me a little of Fone50 but this is lighter and more fruity.
bottl e at home ... thanks to Benjie and Sevare ... deep dark brown ... thin tan head ... soft sweet malts and loads of brett ... ligth funky brett sour front ... soft roast malt ... toffee malts ... Leighton (21232) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 15, 2014
Bottle at the chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013 - London. Pours cloudy golden-brown with a foamy head. Tangy and funky on the nose, with some ripe fruits and semi-dark malts. Big funk thereafter, more tangy fruits. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tangy finish. Meh. Novel, I suppose.
