TET (3327) - Kaarina, FINLAND - FEB 18, 2012
A orangebrown beer with a weak and beige head. Aroma is fresh and tropical fruity, mangos, some fructose and moist piney forest. Taste is piney, some fruits and wood, also slightly musty and hint of glue. Medium bodied, slippery and nice to drink. Basic good beer, but I expected more. Good aroma, but feels that taste is slightly incomplete.

sayravai (4711) - Helsinki, FINLAND - FEB 18, 2012
(Bottled) Slightly hazy darkish amber with a small, lacy head. Caramely-malty nose with gluey notes and berries, spiced with herby hops. Flavor is slightly stingy-hoppy with also some glue notes present, and lots of sweetish, caramely maltiness. Medium to full body, lowish CO2. Nicely full body for the ABV, but too much of the gluey notes for enjoyment. 5537

Embrouille (2854) - SWITZERLAND - FEB 10, 2012
Bottled 33cl. Murky copper with a small head. Citrusy hops, caramel, cat’s piss and spring onions showing up in the nose. Medium bodied. Low carbonation. Decent malt back. Not much lacework. Short grassy dryish finish.

mjs (7814) - Helsinki, FINLAND - FEB 9, 2012
(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Pikkulintu, 20120209) The beer poured reddish brown and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white with orange shading. Aroma had pine, grass and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were hops, pine, grass, dust, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, sweet, malty and bitter. Aroma promised quite a lot but the musty and dusty taste was a disappointment.

Cuso (8960) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - FEB 7, 2012
Bottle from Bierkompass.de. Hazy amber color with small white head. Aroma of sweet malt, toasted bread, grapefruit, honey, orange peel. Taste, grapefruit, floral bitter hops, peach, citrus peel, honey. Nice long bitter finish. Nice.

3.5
Benzai (16999) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - FEB 2, 2012
Sampled @ PINT Winterbierfestival, Gouda 2012. Slightly hazy orange to red color. Average sized off-white head. Smell hops, fuits and some citrus. Taste hops, fruits and some citrus. Taste hops, bitter, but a bit "dof", like the hops and bitterness are sort of covered with a soft blanket. Can’t describe it better. Average carbonation and low to medium body.

dEnk (4200) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - JAN 28, 2012
Bottle & draft. Aroma is loads of citrussy hops, covered by thick caramel malt. Flavour is again huge citrus hops, caramel malt gives some sweetness, then back to mild bitter hops, turning to some red fruit. Nice one.

Borresteijn (7656) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - JAN 22, 2012
On tap at PINT Winterbierfestival ’12. Hazy amber colour, dense off white head. Aroma of loads of hops, tea leaves, grass, peach. Flavour is light sweet, toasted malts, peach, grassy hops, light oranges, firm bitter leafy hoppy finish with some citrus. Light bodied. Nice beer.

4.1
Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - JAN 21, 2012
Tap @ De Molen. Dark hazy copper to amber pour, solid off-white head. Aroma has some typical American hops, some bergamot, earl grey tea and grapefruit. Flavor is very well balanced with a nice malty backbone and a decent hop bitterness. Great brew.

3.7
dreadnord (1012) - San Diego, California, USA - JAN 13, 2012
On draught at De Molen. Pours amber with dark red hues with a thick white head. This beer looks so delicious and inviting. Nose is pine needles on the forest floor with some hints of misc spices. Taste is not what I expected from the nose. It was bitter, but not as much as I had hoped. The afters had more bitterness that anything but it was a bit to sweet. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and a bit low on carbonation for me. This beer is good all in all.
