Woow! I had this on tap. It gave me a shiver when I drought the first swallow! Chocolate taste and a little bit toasty in the finish. Medium carbonation, with low persistent froth. The alcohol is very noticeable. So good.

Pours utterly black with a small, creamy, beige head. Light smokey aroma, some peity notes, roasted and mildly vinious. Soft carbonation, lovely creamy and light grainy mouthfeel. Flavour has some fine coffee, light roasted malts, sweetness, vinious. Soft smokiness. Soft, elegant and delicious. Long, lingering, dry finish. Nice.
Draught. Deep dark brown close to black colour with a nice beige ehad. Roasted malt, chocolate, dark fruits, some smoke in aroma. Good filling mouthfeel. The flavour is very pleasant with roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, dark fruits and some wood, pleasant hoppiness. Well present but soft bitterness. Nice! Rune (13720) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAY 22, 2010
About 50ml from tap. Nice fawn-coloured head atop of a devil-black body. Semi-sweet aroma of roasted, dark chocolate malts and dark fruits sustained by a touch of alcohol. Earthy malts and anise in a rich flavour which also offers dried fruits, slightly roasted. Lasting finish of bittersweet chocolate and an integrated alcoholic tingle. Tasty sample and I’m really looking forward to a whole bottle of this wonderful brew (Copenhagen Beer Festival, 08.05.2010). fonefan (52351) - VestJylland, DENMARK - MAY 23, 2010
