samsomuk (512) - Bridgwater, Somerset, ENGLAND - OCT 31, 2017
Bottle at home. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Intense aromas of apricot. Taste is sweet apricots, light banana esters, candy sugar. Sweetish fruity finish. Medium bodied, average carbonation. An interesting take on a saison but overly boozy .

culchiem (4306) - Berlin, GERMANY - OCT 6, 2017
Bottle from Bierkonig. Hazy orange with a short head. Aroma of astringent perfume, tastes like someone dropped a bottle of perfume into beer. Did not like this one.

DuffMan (10936) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 30, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 6, 2017 Bottle, shared at game night. Very hazy orange-gold, lively head. Sweet peach/apricot, very very sweet actually, with some underlying yeast character. But just too sweet to enjoy as a saison.

Towey1989 (3556) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 30, 2017
Keg at The Buxton Tap House. A hazy deep golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of apricot jam, pear drops, some cakey malts, slight almond and subtle brown sugar. Taste of apricot, pear, some sponge cake, almond, slight yeast, a little peach, a hint of pepper and subtle sugar. Medium bodied and high carbonation. A sweetish, apricot sponge cake finish. How unique! A sweet and perfumey aroma of apricot cake and a taste to match. Little saison yeast turns it back into a beer but it nice. Bit boozy but nice.

Lore (3028) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUL 21, 2017
hazy golden to orange colour, large, though quickly collapsing off-white head; aroma and taste are fully dominated by overripe apricot/apricot jam/spongecake with apricot and apricot jam; well, not really complex beer and quite one-dimensional with this exaggerated apricot-dominance, but still I like it

Draught @ 8th. BBF 2016 [ 8th Borefts Beer Festival 2016 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands.

[ As De Molen Zon & Gezelligheid ].
Unclear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good to fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, big time apricot. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, apricot, saison yeast, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160923]

Gerbeer (4217) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 23, 2017
330 ml bottle. Pours a golden amber with moderate head. Aromas of funky green berries, tart stoned fruit and bright Belgian yeast. Flavors of burnt bubble gum, plastic, odd nuts, and wheat malts. Expecting so much more from the nose. Kinda yuck. A miss for De Molen.

TrefwoordPunk (1332) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - MAY 11, 2017
Bottle 33 cl. Pours a dark yellow with an medium white head and an an aroma of peach, mango, pineapple, grapefruit and sweet malts. The taste is a tad bitter (grapefruit) and dry, fruity sweet and something I can’t define. Fizzy carbonation and a medium bosy, de taste is musche better than the taste, unfortunately.

Ysok02 (1960) - Mons, BELGIUM - APR 29, 2017
Robe dorée, fine mousse peu persistante. Nez sur les abricots, la pêche, les fruits jaunes mûrs, et une note florale. Bouche tout en fruit et en rondeur, de l’onctuosité, finale ronde et équilibrée mais peu complexe.

cmacklin (1418) - Lethbridge, Alberta, CANADA - APR 28, 2017
330ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of apricot, peach, banana and bubblegum with wheat malt in the background. Sweet flavour of apricot, orange peel, floral, wheat malt and salt with a dry, bitter, slightly tart finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. A different but very nice saison.
