On tap @ L’Express de Lyon (Paris). Hazy yellow with a small white head and good lacing. Aroma is lemony with cereals and spices. Taste is also lemon forward with light spices, yeast, cereals and breadied malt. Light body. Moderate carbonation. Slightly dry finish. Not complex, but quite drinkable and refreshing. Lemony forward. Beerhunter111 (21762) - P´Castle, GERMANY - FEB 17, 2014

0.33L bottle.Hazy, light golden with small hat. First is vinegar smell and vinegar and vinegar again, some wheat what is very fermented aroma. Oh my god what vinegar taste. Sour, very sour. Vinegar, old fermented wood. Exactly it is liquid wood :) Wheat is strongly represented. Hmm...this one is very interesting, but i m old school and modest valuer. So i m intend to prove this beer one more time. Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - FEB 11, 2014
Bottle @home. Almost clear golden pour, thin white head. Aroma of grains, hay, some apple, spicy and yeasty. Flavor is grainy watery sour pilsener with a hint of spices. This is what I expect from some random local Belgian homebrew, not from De Molen. JulienHuxley (5875) - Sherbrooke, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 17, 2014
On tap at Arendsnest. Pale hazy gold pour with frothy white head. Aroma is quite grainy, yeasty spiciness, light noble hop aromas, wheat, quite malt forward. Taste is grainy, bready, spicy, pretty distinct lemony flavor as well, very much on the bready belgian ale side for a saison, lacks grassy, peppery and/or other farmhouse character. Palate is mild, soft carbonation, medium dryness. That being said, it is tasty beer.

Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjeryngwie (17101) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - DEC 31, 2013
Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, yeast and some fruitiness. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter and light sour with a fruity and acid finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle. It pours a big, white head leaving lacings. Clear, golden body, quite sparkling. The aroma is pretty sweetish, with fruityness and a touch of something sourish. Some spiced, yeasty hints. It’s medium to full bodied, quite carbonated, with a tad much sweetness. White sugar, a generic fruityness and some acidic fruityness. A pleasant bitterness too. Bitter, fruity and acidic finish. Not my kind of saison. 131231 spkevin (440) - Doetinchem, NETHERLANDS - DEC 22, 2013
Okay beer from de molen. Good saison with some fresh notes, hops and a fry finish. Nice.
