Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy orange with a medium to big white head and an aroma of citrus hops, grapefruit, fresh fruit and some herbs. Taste has some sweetness in the beginning but the bitterness comes in really quick and this bitter finish is mediumlasting.

Aroma:
Medium aroma of malts, caramel, fruit, orange, hops and citrus.

Appearance:
Turbid amber/orange beer with heavy yeast and with a medium off-white head.

Taste/Palate:
Starts medium/heavy sweet with malts, caramel, fruit and orange; ends slightly bitter and dry with hops and citrus.

Overall:
This beer is rather intense, complex and balanced. Great showcase of the hop, with loads of orange and bitterness. The aroma could have been stronger and the beer could have been thicker however.

1/VI/15 - 33cl bottle from De Bierkoning (Amsterdam) @ home - BB: 15/XII/16 (2015-741) Thanks to Paul and Venessa for the bottle!

Clear deep orange beer, creamy irregular yellowish head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, lots of mango, caramel, pineapple, canned peaches. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet start, citrus, pretty hoppy, alcohol noticeable, mango. Aftertaste: bitter, citrus, resinous, sweet caramel backbone, love that! Little medicinal bitterness, though only slightly. Very nice stuff!!
