Mpuntmuts (282) - NETHERLANDS - NOV 2, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 2, 2017 Love the black pour with very brown frothy long-lasting head. Full fresh brewed strong coffee aroma, some dark chocolate and red fruits (berries). Flavor follows the aroma with a nice acidity from red forest fruits. Too bad the body is lacking volume. Way to thin considering it's a milk stout. Good medium carbonation. Could've been better, still very tasty!!!

33 CL bottle, served in snifter. Poured black with three finger mocha tan head. Aroma: roasted coffee beans, vanilla, almonds, Chocolate milk. Taste: dark chocolate, roasted espresso beans, licorice, vanilla, almonds, spices, chocolate milk, dark fruit, caramel. Medium body. Creamy roasted mouthfeel. Malty bittersweet finish with lotsa bitter, dark roasted coffee. Pretty good brew.

Pours black, dark and rather stable white head. Smell is rich, coffee, some rye perhaps ? Taste is full, creamy, mild coffee, roasty, just a touch of sharpness ( wouldnt say metallic, but it meets the barriers of metallic ) nice.

(De Natte Gijt Latte Gijt) Tap at Oproer, Utrecht, 200ml glass. Dark brown to black colour on the body, small but thick dark brown head on top, average retention. Aroma of coffee, milky chocolate. 33cl Bottle shared. Apperance: An opaque dark brown to black body, with a moderate sized light brown head. Aroma: Coffee, roasted cofee, some malts, that’s it. Taste: roaste malts, ash, hint of almonds and ash and a lot of heavy coffee. tones, Fresh gound cofee. Solid dark bitter finish, but with a little of signs of that it’s to thin for it’s taste. Thin-medium body, below average carbonation. Feels slightly to thin to cope with all the taste.Still a more then decent beer if you like coffee.

Icedwarf (1804) - Etten-Leur, NETHERLANDS - MAY 13, 2017
Zwart bier met mooie bruine schuimkraag. Smaak is licht bitter, licht zoet en krachtig met iets van chocolade, koffie, en ietwat vanille. Erg goed.

SlackerMads (3523) - DENMARK - MAY 8, 2017
Bottle received in the local European swap thanks to Christos. Black with a small diminishing light brown head with ok regeneration. Lots of coffee in the nose, some chocolate and roasted malt. The flavour has roasted malt, coffee, dark wood and brown sugar. Medium body, light to medium sweet and bitter with light acidity. Roasted finish. Ok.

330ml bottle, from trade with Benzai. Pours hazy black, medium tan head. Aroma of bitter coffee, roasted malts. Taste has quite a huge helping of coffee roast overshadowing the dark roast complexions. Fairly bitter, some dried fruits, but too much coffee for me.
