Deep brown colour on the body, huge and rising thick, beige head, with good retention, mostly because of its size.
Aroma of cocoa, chocolate, caramel, sour notes that hint to a light infection.
Taste has also some sour notes, not exactly infected though, more like oxidized, caramel, grains, still some cocoa, but lighter than the aroma.’
Medium thin body, high carbonation.

This pours a very dark brown color with a solid even layer of beige foam. Nose has a deep dark chokolate aroma accompanied by some raisin and caramel. Taste is sweet at first but is quickly followed by a deep lasting bitterness. Carbonation is medium but feels very soft due to the small bubbles. Otherwise palate is quite rich and creamy. Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, cacao. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, cacao. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
