Draft @ De Prael Houthavens. Cloudy golden color. Off white head. Aroma’s: not much, light herbal hops . Retronasal it’s just lightly hoppy, not juicy or anything. Flavor is light fruity, herbal. Medium bodied. Finish is slightly dry, light bitter. Not much left of this, it seems.
33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Hazy amber colour, white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, canned peach, butterscotch, mango, yeast. Flavour is medium sweet, very fruity, tropical fruit and stone fruits, some caramel, creamy buttery bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Nice IPA for De Prael, but not NE. On tap at Wildeman, The color is not really New England style. It’s actually a brown golden color with medium white head. Notes of bread, dark fruit, malt, and toast. Medium bodied. Lots of lacing. Malty but good. markoijelena (3147) - Belgrade / Amsterdam, SERBIA - MAR 22, 2017
