Tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of caramel, fruit, hops and grass. Svesse (8731) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - NOV 19, 2014
(Draught at De Prael Proeflokaal, Amsterdam, 22 Aug 2014) Brownish yellow colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, slightly roasted nose with toast, orange peel and dark bread. Malty taste with notes of bread, toast, orange peel and a fairly dry finish with a gentle bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Doesn’t look like an altbier, but actually tastes like one. Quite enjoyable. rlgk (18852) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 15, 2014
Draught at the brewpub in Amsterdam. Hazy golden/orange beer with a decent offwhite head. Fruity bready aroma, sourish, caramel, some citrus and herbal notes. Bottle from the Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Poured a dark medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is light malt, light hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a dry, earthy, aspirin hop bitter palate with a hint of buttery caramel. Medium bodied with average carbonation. It took me a while to decide whether or not I liked this. I was clinging desperately to the fence for as long as possible, but in the end I decided I did indeed think it was OK! It certainly is "Johnny Wrong" but it has a distinctive hoppy character that is somewhat unusual. MaartenRF10 (1959) - Wageningen, NETHERLANDS - AUG 22, 2014

Tap at de Prael, Amsterdam: Hazy amber colored brew with an fine dry bitter taste and with hints of caramel. skortila (5966) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - DEC 27, 2013
On tap @ De Prael. The aroma has grassy hops, some caramel malts. Almost clear, copper coloured beer with an off-white, medium head. The taste is slightly bitter, slightlysweet, bit toasty, caramellic with german-like/grassy hoppiness. Goes down well. Nice beer.
