Bottle. Creamy white excelent mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and hopy aroma. Slightly yeasty and rich with fruity esters. Powerfull fruity moderate bitter flavor. Moderate finish. Alas very watery at the end. Creamy palate. This is a strange beer tasting just between a hefe and Belgian Ale. More yeasty that german Kölch.

(Bottle, In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 3 Aug 2009) Cloudy brownish yellow colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with dried apricots and citrus. Fruity, slightly malty taste with notes of apricots, citrus, tropical fruit, toasty grain and a mild bitterness. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Not exceptional, but tasty and nice.

Cask Stillage from the Jug at the GBBF, Earl’s Court 04/08/2010 Hoppy aroma. White head. Golden coloured hoppy and very pale with a hint of dryness in a lasting malt finish.

Intriguing drinkable beer. Strange connection between Benelux beers and Keller. Pale hazy yellow and average white head, with not very long persistence. Aroma is sweet honey-like malty with few herb and spiced hints. Sweet taste, with quite balanced bitterness. Medium long mouthfeel. Really good one for summer.

Hazy orange beer. Light thin white head. Crisp palate but turning creamy. Spirity and a little minerally as well. Light orange with a dash of lemon. Saison like malts just before the semi dry finish. Not bad at all and quite refreshing.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2016 Bottles from Mam & Dad’s holiday, Netherlands. Cloudy yellow-golden coloured with spicy fruity, citrus, caramel and earthy notes followed by a creamy smooth biscuit, vanilla and bitter lemon finish. Good.
