Cloudy golden. Aroma of honey and yeasty with a light touch of lemon. Sweetish with dense, rounded mouthfeel and notes of nutmeg. So flowery it’s like chewing on a flower. Resiny, herbal finish.

Distincly water chesnut like in a way that strongly invoked ’Deus’ but not as srongly flavoured as that beer, this is also more hoppy. Dry finish with a lingering and bitter water chesnut aftertaste.
(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy golden with a creamy, white head leaving a neat lacework. Some traces of Brett in the aroma. Only a medium body, very dry with a vague underlying tang. Brewed for the American market where there seems to be a constant demand for Brett - also in other styles than Gueuze/Lambic. For a Belgian this is not the real McCoy, but still it’s quite fresh.

Cloudy blond color. Very difficult to describe, but surely disgusting! Corky, sour, too bitter.
Bottle at London Gathering Nov 05. Bit of dirty gold colour with lasting off white head. Bit of sourness, bit sickly in mouth then goodish hops on the end. I did not get what others did out of it. rlgk (18852) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUN 29, 2013
RBESG 2013. Bottle during Grand Tasting at De Molen. Hazy yellow beer with a decent white head. Sourish fruity aroma, rubber notes, yeasty, spicy notes. Spicy hop flavor, yeasty, fruity, citrus, grape fruit, biscuits, some peach, some floral notes. mcberko (18583) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 31, 2013
On tap at Apex, pours a clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, pepper, some spices and apples. Flavour brings out apples upfront, Belgian yeast and some muted spicy notes. Well-balanced and a bit unorthodox. Not the greatest, but still decent.
