Absolutely superb. A tripel first and foremost, brewed perfectly. The twists just add from there. Fruity peach flavor, in just the right amount. A woody smokiness wisping in and out, to just the right degree. Can't say I discern coconut, but no matter. A.

750 ml bottle- Pours a very hazy orange with a one finger head. Aroma is Belgian yeast, candy sugar, tropical fruits, fresh. The taste is so very smooth, peaches and coconut hit you up front, pineapple and banana are in there as well, this is has got to be one of the easiest drinking tripel’s I have had, the hops bring a mellow spiciness and a dry finish. Brett is there and becomes more pronounced as it sits in the glass. Body is medium and carbonation is pretty high, no complaints. This is a very nice beer, I could drink it all day. Tap at Zio Carlo. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a nice white head. Aroma is fantastic. Sweet fruit, wood, a touch of tart notes, peach and yeast. Flavor is Belgian fruit, yeast, tart notes, some peach finishings, with a tingly finish. This stuff rocks!

A truly great, sweet, & full bodied Tripel. More on the sweeter side than spicy, with a hint of coconut finish. This is an amazing Tripel for sure.

Bottle from Total Wine. Pours a murky blonde/orange colored body with lots of white head. Light fruits, subtle sourness on the nose. Flavors abound with notes of candy, cotton candy, peaches with cream, vanilla, subtle metallic finish. Medium/high carbonation and light/medium body. ABV masked very well. Cork and cage, pours dark gold with a huge fluffy white head. Aroma is funky brett, the peaches are really noticeable and there are subtle notesof coconut and belgian yeast. Taste has notes of a traditional tripel but the brett and peaches take it over, taste is a little wine like , slight oak, the simcoe is noticeable as well. This brew is great. I’ve really had a good time trying beers from this series. I must say, this one (and the one done with Hair of the Dog) is a real winner. Slightly hazy copper pour, with a white head and some translucent white lacing. Nose is mango and peaches with a slight belgian yeast fruit / pepper thing going on. Taste is excellent - big fruity flavors of peach give way to a dry oak character and finish with fruity hops and bitterness. Really well done. I don’t pick up any coconut anywhere, but the beer just works.
