Bottle. Very slightly hazy yellow pour with a white head. Grassy, barnyard funk, a bit tart. Decent. alexsdad06 (10778) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - SEP 1, 2013
Bottle shared by Tmoney99 (late 2011). Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized whitish head. The aroma and flavor have bready malts, floral notes, grassy, light funk, dry, mild spices, yeast with just a hint of fruits. Elwood (3347) - Leesburg, Virginia, USA - AUG 21, 2013
Serving: Draft at Magnolias at the Mill. It pours a hazy, deep gold. The nose is musty lemon rind, yeast, and strange herbal notes. Light on the tongue. Yeast and the must seem to be the dominant players here. Light to medium body with a good bit of carbonation and a short finish. Pretty decent. Yatesed (37) - Blacklick, Ohio, USA - JUL 18, 2013
Poured golden hazy, little to no head poured in tulip glass, citrus and caramel aroma, taste of caramel and farmyard/earthy tones, slight citrus finish HeadyDE (872) - Delaware, USA - MAY 23, 2013

2011? Murky orange with good, foamy, off-white head, light legs / Delicate, acidic nose of orchard fruit, tropical fruit, coconut, brett, oak / Medium to full body, acidic but lot of fruit and malt, moderately sweet, with hop balance but not enough to stand up to the big fruit (to my taste), and lightly bitter finish / Flavors, on the simpler side, of pineapple, orange, peach, coconut, straw, horse blanket / A good brew but, for me, too much of a fruit bomb which overwhelms the hops and brett. neepsntatties (2041) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAY 18, 2013
Bottle from Brown Jug Warehouse in ANC. Colour...golden straw with a thin white head. Nose...funky munky! Citrus and yeasty zest accompany. Palate...delicate bubbles bring forth an escapade of funky dryness that exudes oak, lemon curd, orange marmalade and quince juice. Some dry earth and leaf litter hits the sides if the palate and then comes the bretty goodness which resounds across the finish. brokensail (16645) - Dublin, California, USA - JAN 30, 2013
Hazy golden orange pour with a white head. Nose is sweet tropical fruit, melon, and a subtle citric tartness. Some sweet sugar and malt notes with a light floral hoppiness. The flavor is mildly tart which works well with the sweetness and fruit character. Lots of tropical fruit and melon notes, citrus, and peach. Very nice. pellegjr (396) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JAN 5, 2013
750ml bottle, pours clean brass w/ slight fish eye head, aroma is lemon, parmesan, a bit of must, nice, flavor is bready, with loads of apricot and kumquat, some spicy notes and a nice clean dry finish, a bit more of the must, an excellent saison superspak (5996) - Waterford, Michigan, USA - DEC 15, 2012
750 ml bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but probably brewed in 2011. Pours slightly cloudy golden amber color with a nice 2-3 finger fluffy white head with nice retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings to the glass. Aromas of huge lemon zest, pineapple, orange peel, peach, grass, hay, pepper, herbal, earth, and yeast spiciness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity; very fruity and tropical from the Brett. Taste of lemon zest, pineapple, orange peel, pepper, peach, citrus rind, hay, floral, grass, wheat, earth, and yeast spiciness. Slight earthy tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of citrus, pineapple, citrus rind, pepper, peach, grass, hay, floral, earth, and yeast spices on the finish for a good bit. Very nice flavor complexity and balance; with a nice malt and spicy ester balance; with zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a lightly slick and prickly mouthfeel that is very nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with hardly any warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Brett Saison. Very nice flavor balance and complexity; and extremely smooth to sip on. A very enjoyable offering as expected.
