3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle:   Dark golden, dirty, reddish hued, large sudsy off-white head, decent lacing.   Odd beef vegetable aroma, slight unripened cherries.   This smells like soup, no joke.   Well, soup that has some tart unripened cherries mixed in. &nbps Much better on the tongue, yet still has a weird off-flavor that can best be described as some beef vegetable soup.   Otherwise tart, unripened cherries.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Finishes dry, tart, and thankfully not as soupy as it started.   Seriously, this beer has a vegetable beef soup aspect that I have never experienced in a beer before.   Thankfully its not as strong on the tongue.   Maybe its a little like potato salad.   WTF is going on with this brew?   Tastes better than it smells thats for sure.   Lingering tartness, unripened cherries, with faint beef vegetable stew.   Seriously....
Bottle, shared at Northern Monk. Hazy, pale amber. Skim of white. Nose has cherry stone. Almond. Cherry juice. Some woody notes. Taste is sweet and fruity, with some woody, tart, dry qualities. Bit of a gluey mouthfeel. Light tart finish. Ok. IndianaRed (4647) - Boise, Idaho, USA - FEB 15, 2017

750 ml caged and corked bottle, 2016 vintage (Limited Re-Release). Served in a MadTree Teku, the beer pours a hazy burnt orange color with about an inch off-white head that stuck around for a while. There’s also a lot of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like apricot, lemon, funk, red berries, and sweet spiciness. Taste is similar to the aroma, there’s lemon, green apple, tart berries, funk, grainy malt, oak, mineral and some caramel flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it’s a bit slick and is well carbonated. It’s also easy enough to drink. I thought this was a good enjoyable wild ale, I missed it the first time it was released but glad I was able to pick up a bottle this time around. Definitely worth a try! $14.99 a bottle. zoucrew102 (1880) - - DEC 23, 2016
750ml corked bottle, 2016 vintage. Lemony aroma with notes of pine, Brett funk and green apple. Pours dark golden colored with one finger of white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with lemony citrus flavor with notes of pine and sweet tropical fruit. Finishes smooth and dry with tart green apple and spicy Brett funk. Very nice. onceblind (9708) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 30, 2016
Hazy deep golden under a thin foamy white top. Lovely bright aroma of pine and lemon and sour funk and barleywine-esque malts. Smooth and gently sour flavor that’s a little lemony, tropical, gentle sourness, gentle apricot and a gentle nutty English malt. Really smooth and damn tasty and too complex for me to break down into words.

Draught at Falling Rock. High fluffy off-white lasting head. Hazy red body. Powerful sour fresh acidic berries aroma and flavor with a low carbonation and a long finish. hype (40) - - SEP 1, 2016
Sour more than expected.... Very good! Medium flavorxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 50belair (3643) - Florida, USA - AUG 23, 2016
Bottle. Opaque amber pour with an off white head. Not getting much aroma wise. Mildly sour, with brett, green apple, biscuit, and malty characteristics. It’s definitely not a "traditional" Flander’s Red for sure. Kinda of a bastardized Frankensteinish version but still not all together repulsive. It’s more a kin to a wreck on the side of the freeway that intrigues you. Average body and mouthfeel.
