COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has been designed as an old export porter. It has been brewed as undrinkable bitter and then aged in wood for 9 months. The result is a strong dark beer that has a perfect bitter/sour balance.

Bottle @ tasting shared by Joes. Dark red-brown color with a red glare coming through. Medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, sour, tart-bitter, grapepeel, tannins, lingering sour tart cherries. Quite nice, I like it.

UPDATED: DEC 18, 2017 750ml bottle (Pothouse, Tallinn) (6:4:6:3:14=3.3)
Sour aroma. Dark, persistent frothy head. Sour taste. Some roast. Light palate. Erm, why did you sour a dark beer? That never works for me. However, it is an interesting quaff. Quaff? 9.5% no way. I like the sourness in this, but why did they have to sacrifice a dark beer?

Bottle (from finest belgian beers). Pours dark brown with beige head. Aroam is sour, funky medicinal, malty, bretty. Flavor is sour, oak, malt, funk, roast, medicinal. Finish is sour, oak, and roast with some booze. Overall: very good, a lot more in sour ale category than in porter one.
