8 oz pour at Beer Revolution. Pours a super hazy straw colour with a frothy white head that fades quickly. Aroma is of farmhouse yeast, bubblegum, dish soap, decent funk. Clean mouthfeel, medium carbonation, mild alcohol warmth. Taste is a crisp sweetness, tempered with herbal notes, mild sourness from the yeast - crazy funky but well balanced and super drinkable. Another awesome saison.

M_Sack (669) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - AUG 19, 2013
Golden with a slight haze with a white frothy head that doesn't linger. Good lacing. Aromas of peaches, orange, mandarin and bread yeasts. Flavours of bubblegum, banana, peach and lemon. High carbonation and a complex interplay between sweetness and a long medium bitter finish.
