COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Saison de Dottignies is a high-fermenting saison with a relatively low alcohol content which makes for a well-balanced beer.

Taste: Full of taste, but very drinkable. Heavily-hopped and thirst-quenching - typical of saison-styled beers.

Hops: Challenger, Brewers Gold, Hallertau Mittelfrh, Styrian Golding

Bottled, 330ml from Favourite Beers, Cheltenham, Gloucs. Hazy gold with white head. I have had this one for a while but it still tasted really quite fresh. There are grassy, hay like notes, oily hop notes, some bitterness, some floral notes. Slightly resinous later on. Decent.

On tap at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy, on the day of the tap takeover. Orange hazy pour, white foam much retention crazy drafts. Nose: combination of spicy and bready yeast, crazy. Fruity and orangey. Zest. Mouth: crazy hops, clean, easy, lovely hoppy saison. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 330 ml. Honey-amber body topped by a fluffy white head. Lemon, pepper, white bread, funk and fresh pear on the nose. Bright fresh fruit with a tart edge at first before a grassy and peppery hop note washes through. Citrus and a little clove and vanilla at the end with a lightly fruity aftertaste.
