COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Saison de Dottignies is a high-fermenting saison with a relatively low alcohol content which makes for a well-balanced beer.

Taste: Full of taste, but very drinkable. Heavily-hopped and thirst-quenching - typical of saison-styled beers.

Hops: Challenger, Brewers Gold, Hallertau Mittelfrh, Styrian Golding

Bottle @ studenterhus rhus. Aroma of spices, some lemon and brett-like yeast, caramel. Pours hazy orange amber with white head, not lasting. Taste is dry and light sour, some more brett yeast. Medium body, dry feel, lively carb., dry spicy finish.

Corpo medio, mediamente carbonata, molto beverina.

Bottle picked up locally from notes. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have Belgian yeast, hay, pale malts, peppery spice, floral notes, light fruit, some farmhouse funk, decent saison, I would drink this again if available.

Pour is dark amber, mostly clear, with a tight white head and great retention and lacing. Nose has some dusty brett with a stale caramel malt and bread crust aroma, with notes of lemon. Flavor is similar, moderate dustiness, some caramel maltiness with notes of lemon. Higher carb, soft, light body, semi dry finish.
