COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Saison de Dottignies is a high-fermenting saison with a relatively low alcohol content which makes for a well-balanced beer.

Taste: Full of taste, but very drinkable. Heavily-hopped and thirst-quenching - typical of saison-styled beers.

Hops: Challenger, Brewers Gold, Hallertau Mittelfrh, Styrian Golding

Tangerine pour with a layer of fine white bubbles so dense they look like you could walk on them and theyd hold you up. Soft earth and leather nose, with a distinct torrified wheat edge. A cold sea air quality develops a bit deeper in the glass. Dry peppery flavor, a bit of melon, just a little resin bitterness in the finish. Very pleasant as it is, though I suspect there is some level of brightness missing from this beer after the long journey. Closer to the source, I can picture this being remarkable.
