Op brouwerij de Roos met Patrick. Het tripel bier heeft een mooie schuimkraag, en een lekkere nasmaak.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2016 Beetje vlakke tripel zonder uitgesproken smaken. Iets meer bitter dan zoet. Niet slecht, maar vooral een beetje saai.

Idiosynkrasie (6879) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - APR 20, 2015
330ml bottle. Clear, orangey, deep dark golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Slightly fruity, minimally strawy, peppery spicy yeasty aroma, a touch of protein. Taste is slightly bready and strawy, minimally sweet grainy, dry, minimally grassy overtones; minimally bitter hoppy and spicy yeasty finish. Full body, soft palate, smooth, gentle carbonation with still some liveliness in it.

Didnt take proper tasting notes. Decent unoffensive tripel, that is not very pronounced.
