Abio (1859) - Waasland, BELGIUM - NOV 5, 2011
Golden coulored beer, a very nice fluffy head. Lots of carbonation, like a storm at the glass. But a nice look and good sticking head. Malty, light hoppy, decent spice beer. Alcohol is present, not totally moderated, slightly biterness, ok.

Poured from tap as De Arend Blond at De Groote Witte Arend. Good lacing from a tiny, white head. Deep golden body colour. Mild spicy smell and mid-dry fruits. Lemon and peaches to a candy sweet taste offset by notes of spiced bitterness. Medium bodied. Refreshing after a long walk (Antwerpen, 29.04.2011).
