7/V/17 - from cask in a plastic cup @ the brewery (Toer de Geuze) - BB: n/a (2017-585)

Clear pale orange to blond beer, small irregular white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. aroma: very fruity, peaches, little cheesy, funky, grains, bit malty. MF: no carbon, medium body, bit viscous, very oily texture. Taste: pretty bitter start, lemony, lemon zest, lime, vinous touch, pretty bitter. Aftertaste: wood tannins, bit lemony, still bitter, astringent, lemon zest. Quite enjoyable although I don’t like the bitterness in it.
