Bottle shared with my girlfriend. Special brew for the Edese Heideweek. Citrus, lemon in the aroma. Taste is very refreshing. More a blond ale then a Wit. Overall, very refreshing blond ale with some Wit hints. Okay. Not that special.

Slightly hazy pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of candy, sweets, wheat, citrus and yeast. Sweet flavour, light sour touch, malts, citrus peel and yeast. Finish citrus peel and malts.
(From 75cL bottle @ Colin’s 2nd Tuesday Tasting @ De Molen)

Bottle at the De Molen second Tuesday tasting. Poured a cloudy straw colour with a glass hugging white head. The aroma is yeast and malt leading to a slightly sour flavour with some malt and citrus notes on the palate. Nice and drinkable.

Sample at the molten Tuesday tasting. Thin white head. Hazy blond pour. Nice enough beer

erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - DEC 11, 2012
Hazy light orange, small white lace. Citrus, acid, wheat and soapy. Somewhat dry, quite refreshing but don’t like the taste at all. Rough and not very tasty. No thanks. (At Colin’s De Molen tasting)

Benzai (15608) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - DEC 11, 2012
from bottle @ Monthly De Molen Tasting. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Smell a light sourness, light sweetness, some fruit. Taste is mainly sweet with some fruits and fruitpeel. Nothing like a Belgian White but it could be a lot worse.

Bottle @ 2nd tuesday tasting at De Molen, hosted by dEnk. Hazy yellow pour, thin white head. Aroma of spices, berries, herbs, some yeast and unfermented sugars. Slightly artificial.

Bottle. Cloudy straw color, small white head. Aroma is wheaty, little skunk. Flavor is sweet, little spiced. Nothing special, yet entertaining.
