COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle 33cl. Dark brown with a tiny off white head. Little aroma, some malts. The taste has grain and gets more bitter in the aftertaste. Nothing special, but not bad.

Bottle 33cl. Poured into a teku glass. Dark amber brown, small frothy beige head, mostly diminishing, minimal lacing; aroma roasted malts, burnt caramel, ripe dark fruits (berries, cherries), spicy notes; taste light heavy sweet and medium bitter, roasted malts, caramelized fruits, sugary, with a long duration, sweetbitter malty finish with cocoa and alcohol notes; medium body, oily texture, average carbonation; though a bit harsh on the palate a decent bock.

Bottle 33 cl, bottled sept 2012, small gusher. Pours a dark purplish brown without a head and with an aroma of roasted malts, toffee, brown sugar, gingerbread, milk chocolate and nuts. The taste is medium sweet, carbonation is almost gone, maybe this one is a bit over its best date.
