Bottle 0.33l from De Hopduvel beer shop Ghent Belgium.Pour it yellow colour with small white head.Too much carbonated and sour, not good balanced.Must be better.

Abio (1869) - BERMUDA - AUG 2, 2014
A pretty simple brew, golden coloured with a decent sized head. Not a big fan of this, but refreshing and easy drinking.

Barrelbelly (750) - BELGIUM - AUG 2, 2014
Golden with small head. Candy sugar and banana, yeast and bread. Buttery finish.

Benzai (15608) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUL 28, 2014
Bottle @ Brugs Beertje, Brugge. Hazy yellow to light orange color, medium sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly herbs or spices, a little sweet. Average body and carbonation. Hmm pretty average and not really what I think a Belgian White should be.

BlackHaddock (7329) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAR 3, 2014
Brugge Beer Festival 2014: a beer with ’chamomile’ (a daisy tea?) and Pilsner Malts with the brew kettle. No wonder I didn’t really take to it! Golden orange with a slight haze, on top a white crown of bubbles. The nose is of mild wheat/grains and yeast esters, maybe a citrus hint if you sniff long and hard enough. Taste followed the smell to the letter, wheat, other grains and yeasty: a typical Belgian Witbier but without the spiciness or fruitiness you’d expect. I’m not huge fan of the style anyway, so this wasn’t my cup of tea. My only mistake of the day!

blackisle (2584) - Amsterdam IJburg, NETHERLANDS - FEB 19, 2014
Very hazy orange color, small off-white head, dissipates quickly, only meagre rim remains; yeasty grain nose, dough, citrus and lemon notes, some coriander, camomile, soapy; mild sweetsour taste with bitter undertones; bit watery kinda thin mouthfeel, low carbonation, light to medium body; slightly more bitterness in the finish.

bartlebier (3982) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - FEB 4, 2014
Shared Pour @BBF 02/2014, ZA (M). Fluffy & fragrant wit, slightly over-aromatised either by adjuncts or an overachieving yeast?, switches between wheat wateriness and fine hop armatics, slightly unbalanced maybe, but ultimately pleasant drinking.

EddyBeer1 (1058) - Brussels, BELGIUM - DEC 14, 2013

suprchunk (2994) - Crestview, Florida, USA - MAY 4, 2013
Hazy gold pour. Small white head. Plenty of lacing. Aroma of earth and malt. Sweet malty taste. Some earthy notes. Not bad. A little thin but quaffable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
