Chocolate, nut and coffee notes are evident in the aroma and flavour. Not much after taste, fairly watery and simple but quite enjoyable.

Bottle 5%, Not much honey taste whatsoever, . Clear brown colour, tan creamy foam, and a basic, bland beer which seemed to go down well enough. Pretty weak for a "craft brew", however.

Pours a dark golden amber with a small white top. Aroma.is sweet honey and light grain. Taste is again light honey sweetness withgrain finish

reebtogi (6350) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 11, 2012
341ml bottle pours a pale golden brown color with a small white head that leaves very little lacing. Aroma is caramel and mild grass and citrus. Taste is caramel malty sweet with a mild grassy and citrusy hop bitterness. Light bodied with modest carbonation. Very light color for the style and not that tasty.

DuffMan (10610) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 15, 2010
Bottle. Clear golden, average white head. Aroma and flavour of scorched toast and caramel, no true honey flavours for me though. Yes it’s sweet, but more from the caramel.

No nose. Amber, creamy lacing head. Light roasted, honey heather fruity malt. Honey finish. Ok

Powertrip (1000) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 30, 2010
Nice light gold colour. Extremely silent nose...worked hard just to get a little honey on it. Taste: Honey entry which fades quickly to bitter malt and then exits all together. The finish had this weird ear-wax like bitterness to it, same thing I noticed on the their pepper lime beer. Perhpas some dead frog?

mcberko (18589) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 14, 2010
Sampled at Viti, pours pale yellow. Flavour of muted malt and grains - not sweet. Better than the lagers.

CapFlu (5129) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 11, 2008
(Draught) Sampled at the Great Canadian Beer Festival in Victoria, BC, September 8th 2008. Thin, white lasting frothy head atop an amber body. Honey and caramel nose. Flavour is thin with a small tart and malt appearance. Very similar to their lager. Average. 6/3/6/3/12
