Dogbrick (14510) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - FEB 17, 2013Sample at Hay Merchant in Houston. Reddish-brown color with a medium light beige head that dissipates steadily to a film. Partial rings of lacing. Smells of caramel, oak and malt. Medium to full body with a slightly syrupy mouthfeel and flavors of caramel malt, floral hops and a touch of honey. The finish is sweet with a lingering caramel aftertaste. Above average overall.

The aroma is a bready malt and caramel. Thin mouth with rich caramel malt with nice sweet finish. Easy to drink a very good doppelbock from Deep Elllum.
