2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Someone asked me what I thought of this beer and I said it drink it isn’t it were free but wouldn’t pay for it. It tastes like your typical lager with a little more hops, a little hop profile and no yeast contribution.
Thin head that keeps giving. Sweet with a light eye bite at the finish. An interesting twist on a pils. Nice body. Light toast grain.

Pours a mostly clear golden yellow color with a thin off white head with lots of little sediment floating throughout the beer. The aroma is brown bread, rye but faint, and some honey. Not much hops coming through on the nose with this one. The flavor is very similar to the aroma with mostly just the brown bread, honey, and rye coming through. The mouthfeel is on the medium side and the drinkability is quite high with this one. The honey and rye do linger a little while. Andrew196 (1903) - Katy, Texas, USA - FEB 5, 2017
Pours gold with a bright white head. Aroma of apples, bread. Decent bitter graininess to it with a hopped edge throughout, not bad. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - JAN 22, 2017

Tap at the source. Clear deep yellow. White head. Aroma is pilsner malt, light citrus. Not much rye. Flavor is pilsner with a mild mild rye complexity added. Fairly hoppy and citrusy pilsner. But a pils nonetheless. SpringsLicker (3641) - Tennessee, USA - JUN 6, 2014
Cloudy dark yellow with a white head.
Very little aroma. I can conjure up some spicy hops and light malt.
The flavor is light and clean with just a bit of tang from the rye.
Great hot weather cooler. Thanks crajun for the trade! Modularman (133) - - MAY 30, 2014
Smell of faint spice and floral, appearance is murky gold with white head, taste is slight spice, hop and malt TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 22, 2014
Pours a nice orange color with white head. Spice, floral notes, and some toasted malt on the nose; follows onto the palate. Very flavorful for a pilsener and for one that is under 5%.
