April 4, 2017. Bottle.
Light hazy orange/amber with a dense white head. Aroma is malty and hoppy with toffee, some spicy rye notes, pine, slight earthy herbal notes, grass. Taste is light to medium sweet, medium bitter. Medium bodied, average carbonation, dry. Finish is dry grassy and piney, hints of citrus pith, light sweetness in the back with toffee and a hint of resin.
Quite nice, a bit dry.

Pines and forest in aroma. Nice orange-brown clour and head but could stay longer. Very rich taste - I’d say perfect rye IPA. Recommended!

Wow, co za transformacja. Piłem to piwo dawno temu przy premierze. Było wtedy na poziomie "wypij i zapomnij". Obecnie to prawdziwa petarda. Aromat i smak powalają. Piwo kojarzy mi się z miodem pitnym o kwiatowym bukiecie smaku. Rewelacja.

High Wycome House Warming. Simcoe hops. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth malt base, light cream. Spicy floral orange and tangerine hops. Mild floral bitterness. Citric pith and peel on the dry finish. Bitter linger. Nice.

November 2016 - Bottle share at Theydon’s High Wycombe Tasting. Thanks Jenny! As ’Deer Bear Deer Beard Rye IPA’, 6.5%. Amber orange, foamy white head. Aroma is musty, floral, coriander, dusty. Body is light and smooth with tingly carbonation. Taste is rose petal, floral, drying finish. An OK beer. (3.3)
