rodsquad (404) - Aberdeen, SCOTLAND - SEP 14, 2017
Bottle from Fountainhall Wines. Pours clear light orange gold with a thin white head. The nose is light but full of sweetness. There's a light grain dryness then syrupy sweet maltiness and barley sugars to finish of the teeth-decaying sensations. The flavours do little to temper this with a honey-sweet malt and a trace snifter of spicy earth hop. It has a medium feel with a light finish. A sharp moderate sparkle. There is just too much sweet toffee elements with not enough mild bittering balance. Perfectly drinkable but far from the top of my list.

Pours gold with medium white head. Aroma bitter, almost gooseberry little bit of sweetness perhaps hay. Taste at first sweet then a metalic bitterness that lasts. Wattery in the mouth. Ok, not great.

Bottle from Beer52. Pours golden-orange. Heavily carbonated but no head. Aroma of grass, hay, grain. Taste of some fruit, some honey, grass, grain. Not great.

BeerViking (5187) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 18, 2014
Bottle from the brewery, pours light amber with a thin head, a little corn and apricot on the nose, herbal bitterness and a faint lemony tang. Pleasant in a Helles-ish way.

Scopey (16524) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 19, 2014
Bottle from Deeside Drinks Emporium. It pours clear gold with a small white head. The nose is grainy, straw, odd sweetness, honey and grass. The taste is soft, grainy, sweetish, dirty water and hay with a short, dry finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Very basic stuff. Watery and not at all pleasant...

Pours lager golden with next to no head, aroma is not that much light malts, taste is much the same, bitter hop on the end, very small hint of honey. Unremarkable and better session able beers out there

AshtonMcCobb (7091) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 16, 2014
33cl sample bottle from Neil. Appearance - golden with some head, Nose - malt with a touch of citrus. Some honey. Taste - lemon and honey malt. Palate - light to medium bodied with a biscuity texture and a fairly clean finish. Overall - a decent example of a lager.

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2016 Cask, 1/2 pint, hand-pulled at The Windsor, Leith Walk, Edinburgh on 16 Sep 2016, pale malty, hay aroma, pale golden with a thin white head and good lacing, pale malty, creamy, sweet, oily, easy drinking. 330ml bottle at home shared with JohnRMurdoch, from Aldi, Prestwick on 25 Dec 2013, very weak corn aroma, golden yellow with a non-existent head and no lacing, pale malty and corn flavour, bitter, dry finish, I would have liked this to be a bit sweeter (5 3 6 3 12).
